
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for FitnessLive online class access.

Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your recurring FitnessLive subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current active subscription period.
Subscriptions remain active until the current paid access period ends unless FitnessLive approves a refund or access adjustment under this policy.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered when there is a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, a payment captured without subscription access, or a verified technical issue on FitnessLive that prevents access for a meaningful period.
For first-time subscription purchases, a refund may be requested within 7 days of payment if you have not attended a live class, opened a premium recording, or otherwise used the paid subscription benefits.
Refunds are generally not available for missed classes caused by user-side internet issues, device issues, schedule conflicts, change of mind after using paid access, or failure to join a class on time.
How to request a refund
Email support@fitnesslive.com with your registered email, payment date, amount paid, Razorpay payment ID if available, and the reason for the request.
We may ask for additional information to verify the payment and subscription status.
Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet provider.
Once initiated, refunds commonly take several business days to reflect. FitnessLive cannot control bank-side settlement timelines.
Class changes and cancellations
If a live class is cancelled by FitnessLive, we may reschedule the session, provide an alternative class, provide recording access where available, or offer another fair remedy based on the situation.
A change in trainer, meeting link, class title, or start time does not automatically qualify for a refund if equivalent class access remains available.
