Payment and refund help

Class access help
For live class link issues, mention the class name, category, trainer, scheduled time, and whether you are seeing a locked class, missing link, or expired link.
Class links may change, so always check the app near the class start time for the latest link.
Response time
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Payment and access issues are prioritized when enough transaction details are provided.
