Digital Delivery Policy

FitnessLive sells digital subscription access to online fitness classes. No physical goods are shipped.

FitnessLive is an online fitness service. We do not ship physical products, printed material, equipment, or merchandise as part of the standard subscription.

All class access is delivered digitally through your FitnessLive account and the relevant live meeting or recording links.

When access is delivered

After successful payment verification, your selected subscription categories are unlocked in your FitnessLive account.

Most successful payments unlock immediately. In rare cases, access may take longer because of payment provider confirmation, network delays, or manual verification.

Live class links

Live class links may be updated by FitnessLive admins before each class. You should check the app near class time for the latest available link.

Access to a link is based on your active subscription category and class availability.

Recorded classes

Recorded class access, where available, is provided inside the app for eligible subscribers. Recordings may vary by class category, trainer availability, and business requirements.

FitnessLive may add, remove, replace, or update recorded sessions as the class library changes.

Access issues

If your payment succeeded but your subscription is not unlocked, contact support@fitnesslive.com with your registered email, amount, date, and payment ID if available.

We will review the transaction and restore eligible access or help resolve the payment status.
